Depending on the level of expertise, our client offers:

Mid-level Java Developer salary: 13 500 - 20 000 net. B2B (or up to 18 000 gross UoP) + ESOP + 26 days holidays paid, 

Senior Java Developer salary: 18 000 – 26 000 net. B2B (or up to 23 000 gross UoP)+ ESOP + 26 days holidays paid,

Working in the Tech Hub located in Kraków, Poland to help to bring the software solutions to a whole new level of experience and reliability. You will be highly engaged at every stage of the development of the solution, starting with drilling down the business requirements with the Product Owner, through implementation and delivery to end up with supporting our solution working on prod.
We expect you to be able to manage your time and priorities on your own and be able to prepare solutions in many small chunks over a period of time.


  • Deep knowledge and experience of ES2015 or newer, most of the codebase is in Typescript already,
  • Hands-on experience with libraries like React, Redux, React Testing Library, Styled Components or CSS Modules,
  • Knowledge of how to integrate the frontend with the backend using REST/JSON,
  • Understanding of how browsers work under the hood (event loop, threads in browsers),
  • Experience with troubleshooting and applications’ maintenance in production environments,
  • A basic sense of UX/UI, to be able to propose visual solutions for given problems using HTML&CSS mockups,
  • Good communications skills, experience in an Agile environment. We are working in teams and the most important thing is what we deliver to the business at the end,
  • Good command of written and spoken English (min B2+).
