We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer who has a passion for support and operational
excellence.

Salary: 10 000 PLN - 15 000 gross (UoP or more on B2B)

Location: Krakow, remote working with on demand visits at the office.

Recruitment process: 2 online technical interviews (30minuts + 90minutes sessions)


Responsibilites:

● Identifying hardware and software solutions,
● Troubleshooting technical issues,
● Diagnosing and repairing faults,
● Resolving network issues,
● Installing and configuring hardware and software,
● Speaking to users to quickly get to the root of their problem,
● Talking users through a series of actions to resolve a problem,
● Providing support in the form of procedural documentation,
● Carrying out out software and hardware security audits to ensure compliance with company
policies,
● Carrying out workstation risk assessments,
● Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference,
● Conducting electrical safety (PAT) checks on equipment.

Requirements

● 3+ years experience in a similar role, working with both office based and in remote teams,

● strong experience of the Apple ecosystem,

● Understanding of Intune/ Jamf MDM management,

● Admin experience with listed technologies,

● a good knowledge of computer hardware, networks and software,

● technical ability and analytical skills,

● a helpful and patient manner,

● a customer-focused approach,

● good communication skills and tact to work with non-technical users,

● Astounding troubleshooting skills,

● A passion for learning and adopting new technologies that will save time and ease your day-to-day

job.
