We support recruitment activities for a US-based company that specializes in online trading and forex. As a part of their rapid growth, they make significant investments in their IT systems, infrastructure, and platforms in order to deliver award-winning products and give users an outstanding experience. Therefore, they launched a brand new technology hub in Krakow's city center and searches for talented specialists to be a part of their team.


As Product UX Designer, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end customer onboarding and account management experience, driving and collaborating on solutions to support new account conversion growth, cross-sell for existing clients, increased operational efficiency, reduced client wait time, and boosting client engagement to make a difference to the thousands of new clients we welcome every month and the 100k clients that do business with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Create design specifications, using Axure or Sketch
  • Champion a design thinking culture.
  • Facilitate the creation of a product vision by researching, prototyping, and user-testing e2e experiences.
  • Mapping journeys and finding friction points across internal user journeys for our in house products and services, working very closely with CX journey managers and stakeholders in Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, and data teams to create amazing user experiences.
  • Lead the creation of MVP solutions with other product designers, CX managers, and product owners.
  • Be a key collaborator in product discovery, A/B experiment definition, design, and analysis.
  • Ensuring consistent look and feel across all touchpoints within brand guidelines.
  • Communicate with developers, product owners, and business analysts throughout development to ensure original designs are delivered or compromises agreed on within the original timescale.
  • Measure the results of your team (e.g. using Google Analytics and Zuko) with support from our data team, looking for improvements and making a tangible impact on business growth.


Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Product Design, UX, or equivalent design role.
  • Comfortable working with Axure, Sketch, InVision, or other standard UX software.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams over remote settings in a fast pace environment.
  • Passion for building the best possible user experience and monitoring the key metrics to measure success.
  • Ability to clearly articulate your design decisions, ideas, and solutions to other teams.
  • Experience with sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and experience mapping.
  • Visual design skills and understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • A portfolio of your work with examples of UX, interaction, IA, and visual design - we are looking for the portfolio to reflect a wide range of skills (workshops/design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, research, and testing).
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Previous design experience of trading and financial products is a plus.
