Our Client is a fresh and rapidly growing start-up building a financial Operating System for European SMEs. The system is a single source of truth for financial data, used at the same time by entrepreneurs to run their business and on the other side by their accountants for bookkeeping and fiscal declarations. Its mission is to save time for all entrepreneurs and accountants, helping them to make the right decisions and enabling 3rd parties to offer added-value personalized financial services.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll join an international, fully-remote product team of experienced software engineers and work with a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and a Data Scientist. You’ll build a product which is changes the lives of entrepreneurs and accountants on a daily basis, you’ll have a real impact and a great feedback loop.

Location: 100% remote forever
Recruitment process:

1. HR interview (30 min)

  • Developing a specific product - both the business and accounting side of the platform,
  • Working in a squad of Frontend and Backend Engineers - around 10 people for a squad,
  • Taking care of creating and adding new features - the app is scalable and it's evolving constantly. This is a perfect time to join this project.
  • Making a strong impact and great feedback loop as the product is used on a daily basis by our customers and partners,
  • Keeping the code clean :)


  • 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React,
  • Experience in working in an agile environment,
  • Ability to solve complex problems,
  • User-centred mindset,
  • Strong engineering background.
